MULTAN – Police arrested a gang of four persons including two women from Multan that was involve in kidnapping the children for ransom, PakistanTribe reported.
A gang consisting of four people including two women which was involve in kidnapping of children for ransom traced as they they kidnapped and later murdered an eight year old boy of Multan.
Police sources told that an eight year old boy was kidnapped on January 8, 2015 by two women who had been visiting to boy’s family for the last 15 years.
When the little boy was out of his home for shopping of daily stuff he was kidnapped by those ladies who later handed over to him to their male gang members.
The gang demanded for Rs 100 Million in ransom which was not paid by his parents as it was a huge amount for them to pay.
The gang killed the little boy in Khanewal and threw his body which was later buried by police as his identity was not known.
Police investigated the case and traced calls which revealed that the family friends of victim’s family were involved in kidnap and murder.
All the arrested accused have admitted their crime and told police that they have been involve in many other kidnap cases in past.
Pakistan is one of those countries where the cases of Kidnap for ransom are increasing every passing day.
