LAHORE – A mother claims that she want her children back as she has never been allowed to meet her children and were forced to leave from in-laws, her husband want to marry again.
The mother of children who were left behind by both father and mother was produced to court on the special order of court. She said that she can not bear such hardship for her children and she has never left them alone but she was compelled to leave.
When she was asked by court why did she left her children alone she defended that she was beaten by her husband as he was interested in some other girl named, Sumaira, and he want to marry her.
She further defended herself that she can not bear this hardship for children and wanted to come back but her in-laws never welcomed her back. She also told that whenever she tried to see her parents she was stopped by in-laws.
Court when asked the grand father of children about the case he totally denied his involvement in this case and said that he came to know through media.
Mother of children appealed court to accommodate her in separate home with her children as she being a mother can not live without them.
Court ordered the grand father of children to take care of them and bear the expenses of children.
Earlier two days ago two sibling kids name Amina of 5 years and Umer of 6 year age were appeared in Lahore high court with the claim that they have been left alone by their parents.
Kids told high court that their father left for Dubai and mother went to Multan and they are alone in home, no one is there to take care of them.
Kids were guided and brought to court by their neighbor who earlier tried to call their parents but no one was ready to listen to them.
Lawyer of the kids told the court that they are searching for their parents.”we want to go to our parents” said the children.
Lawyer of kids told that this was a love marriage of their parents which was not successful.
Neighbor of the kids told that there was not a big clash between them but both separated themselves from each other and now children have no shelter to live with proper accommodation.
