ISLAMABAD – Jamit Ulema e Islam (JUI-F) Chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman has said that there should be right to appeal in supreme court against the decisions of Military courts, PakistanTribe received reports.
Jmait Ulema e Islam F (JUI-F) chief Maulana Fazalur Rehman suggested that there should be a room in 21st constitutional amendment about challenging the decisions of Military courts in parliaments.
He submitted his summary Draft to the Federal Minsters Khursheed Shah and Ishaq Dar. Maulana Fazalur Rehman have some reservations on the establishment of military courts.
Earlier last night Nawaz (PML-N) convinced chief of Jamiat Ulema e Pakistan F (JUI-F) Mulana Fazl ur Rehman on 21 constitutional amendment bill and Army act as Maulana rejected to be the part of 21st amendment.
Before this Maulana Fazlur Rehman had also said that they have never been consulted before making any decision about military courts.
Maulana Fazlur Rehman had said that all parties are targeting the Madrassas on the name of eradicating terrorism, He said that all the terrorists hanged and arrested are not from any Madrassas.
He had said that religious class is joining hand with all the parties but they are only focusing Masrassa without any strong evidence. He also said that it is a clear FIR against Madrassas.
He said that we strongly oppose any law which is designed on the basis of discrimination.
