ISLAMABAD – Jamiat Ulema e Pakistan F (JUI-F) leader Maulana Fazlur Rehman said that they have never been consulted before making any decision about military courts, PakistantTribe received media reports.

Maulana Fazlur Rehman said that all parties are targeting the Madrassas on the name of eradicating terrorism, He said that all the terrorists hanged and arrested are not from any Madrassas.

He said that religious class is joining hand with all the parties but they are only focusing Masrassa without any strong evidence. He also said that it is a clear FIR against Madrassas.

He said that we strongly oppose any law which is designed on the basis of discrimination.

Earlier today JUI Mulana Fazal ur Rehman had rejected the proposal of establishment of military courts in his decision on 21st Constitutional Amendment Bill and Army Act.

 Mulana Fazal ur Rehman  had called Parliamentary meeting of JUI at 2:00 pm to discuss the constitutional amendment bill and arm act bill.

Further A key session of the National Assembly is in proceeding here in Islamabad in which the 21st Constitutional Amendment Bill and Army Act are likely to be passed.

The 21st Constitutional Amendment Bill and Army Act were tabled by Federal Information Minister Pervez Rasheed in the NA session on Saturday.
