LAHORE: Chief of Jamaat-e-Islami Sirajul Haq on Sunday said he would launch movement against privatization drive of the government in February.
We will not let privatization of Pakistan International Airline (PIA) and Pakistan Railways take place, said the JI leader during media talk in Lahore.
He said an audit of labour funds would also be sought from the government. The JI chief vowed to oppose any move suppressing rights of labourers.
Pakistan cannot progress until labourers are given rights and prospered in the country, he added.

To a question, he said Pakistan needs to respond to Indian aggression.
He said it was being endeavored that negotiations between the government and PTI should resolve peacefully. Siraj regretted that only 0.7 million people pay taxes out of 180 million in the country.
