Action Plan To Counter Terrorism Has Been

ISLAMABAD – Political leadership reached a censuses as bill for the 21st amendment in Constitution of Pakistan has been presented in the National Assembly (NA) by the Law Minister Pervez Rasheed, PakistanTribe received media reports.

Law minister Pervez Rasheed has presented the bill of 21st amendments in the National Assemble. Bill was presented to the speaker national assembly Ayaz Sadiq.

It was also mentioned in the bill that Federal government will decide about trial of any criminal, military courts will not be eligible to choose any terrorist for trial.

Also importantly it was highlighted that these courts will be established for two years only and after the competition of two years these courts will be no more functional.

According to bill the schedule one of constitution will also be amended and security of Pakistan and Pakistan air force, Pakistan Navy and Pakistan Army act will be included in first schedule of constitution.

The main feature of this bill is about amendment in Army Act 1952. Meeting was adjourned till 4 pm Monday.

Before this, all the political parties and military leadership agreed on the establishment of military courts and amendments in military act of 1952 by increasing the authorities of Army.
