ISLAMABAD – Police has started registering cases against those house owners who have not yet submitted the data of their rent payers, PakistanTribe reported.
Police sources told that those house owners who have given their houses on rent but have not provided the data of their rent payers will be treated as per law under section 188 TP for violating the sec 144.
Senior Superintendent Police (SSP) Operations Ismatullah Junaiju ordered police to start operations against house holders.
Four police stations of Islamabad have registered total 15 cases against house holders. Police Station Banni Gala, Police Station Neelor, Police Station Sihala and Police station Lohi bher have registered all these cases in their area.
However one accused out of 15 has arrested by police yet.
It is worth mentioning that interior ministry had ordered law enforcing agencies to collect data of the people who have accommodated themselves in rental houses. The people involved in criminal activities are mostly residential of hostels and rental houses.
Police is also launching search operations in different areas of Islamabad to ensure the security in capital.
