HYDERABAD – Circuit Bench of high court has excluded one criminal of death penalty from the death row as he was set free from the prison, PakistanTribe reported.
According to sources a criminal who was given death penalty was set free before execution by the court of Hyderabad.
Abdul Fatah was arrested in charge of kidnapping one trader on 15 April 2009. Police produced him to the court where he was given a death sentence. Today after reviewing the decision bench has accepted his appeal for releasing him from the prison and set him free.
Abdul Fatah was not involved in any terrorist activity but he was was a criminal only not a terrorist.
It is worth mention here that number of terrorists have been hanged in last four days and still there is a long death row waiting to be hanged.
It is pertinent to mention that execution of some of the terrorists have been delayed due to security reasons.
Prime Minister has clearly stated that no one will be left free if found involve in any terrorist activity or accommodating the terrorists.
