PESHAWAR – Soon after the sad incident of Peshawar’s Army Public School attack the social networking site Facebook gone black in Pakistan.

Social Media users from different walks of life turn their display pictures and cover photos into black color images.


Pakistan, a technology hot-spot in the Asia region has a large number of Facebook users including male and female where people of 14-24-year is the largest age group on the social networking platform.


According to Inter Services Public Relation (ISPR) the media wing of Pakistan armed forces 132 school students, three security personnel  and 10 others got killed in the incident.


ISPR also shared five pictures of alleged terrorists on Tuesday night.


Special Services Group (SSG) of Pakistan army has completed the operation and school building handed-over to the administration after the security clearance.

People of Pakistan are sad on the demise and social media activists have changed their Facebook display picture into black colors as a symbol of mourn.

After the Bajur Agency attack in which 84 Madarsa students were killed, Peshawar school attack is the biggest massacre against children in Pakistan.
