FAISALABAD – Imran Khan – Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) – says that Asghar Ali’s murder is brutal act of PML (N) workers and expressed his sad feelings on the demise.

Imran khan expressed his sad feelings for murder of PTI worker in Faisalabad. He advised his workers to stay calm and peaceful.

Imran Khan, addressing to PTI workers said in his social media message that he will join the strike upto 3:30pm.

Strike in Faisalabad is getting violent every passing hour and both the workers are aggressive. It was supposed to be a peaceful protest by PTI but due to firing and clash  in the strike situation is getting violent. Any big sad incident is also expected.

Sohail Tajik – Central Police Officer Faisalabad – police has identified the person who murdered Asghar Ali in protest. Police will arrest him shortly.

Earlier a mayhem broke out at Novelty Pull Chowk when PTI and Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) workers came face to face.

The slogans were treated from both sides as well as stone throwing also took place between both rival parties.

Police tried to disperse protesters by using water cannon and aerial firing but failed to maintain law and order in the city.

Talking to media Imran Khan said that PML (N) always exploit the situation. They killed peaceful protesters in Model Town Lahore. Our purpose of Plan c was not to create violence but PML (N) has never fulfilled its promise ever so it was just to keep pressure on PML (N).

He further added that PML(N) always adopt Gullu Butt culture and terrorize our peaceful protests.
