LAHORE – The Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan has demanded one day sacrifice from people of Punjab’s industrial hub stating that ‘now is the time to be on the right side of affairs’.
Imran Khan was speaking to media in Lahore on Saturday afternoon when he appealed from industrial owners and workers to support his blockade on December 8 in Faisalabad.
He said “People of Faisalabad have to sacrifice one day.” He also revealed that transporters have already decided to not bring any vehicle on roads in Faisalabad on December 8.
“Faisalabad’s transporters and District Bar – lawyers body – have decided to favor PTI,” he added. He also claimed that industries, factories and mills were shut due to electricity downfall and not due to PTI.
Not to forget that Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) has earlier decided to do forcefully stop PTI from blocking Faisalabad. Punjab government will be blocking all entrance points of Faisalabad from the night of December 7. Moreover, it was also decided not to hold any electricity loadshedding in Faisalabad on December 8. It would then require all factory and mill workers to remain at work instead of attending PTI rally.
