ISLAMABAD – The Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan has asked Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) led federal government to stop joking and be serious in political dialogues.
Imran Khan was speaking to press before leaving for an appearance in Election Tribunal on Saturday for NA-122 election fraud trial.
He said “Government must show seriousness in political dialogues if it really wants to.” It is pertinent to mention here that it was only on Friday (yesterday) that PakistanTribe PML-N extended an offered to PTI to resume dialogues from Sunday. Later, it was also reported that Federal Fiance Minister held a secret meeting with Shah Mehmood Qureshi – vice chairman of PTI – at Jahangir Khan Tareen’s resident in Islamabad.
Imran Khan, however, does not seem to be satisfied with PML-N’s pace of restarting negotiation process as he said “I am going to appear in Election Tribunal with a hope of getting justice. Until and unless those involved in rigging not brought to justice, elections cannot be free and fair.”
Imran Khan has given the call to block the commercial hum of Punjab – Faisalabad – on December 8, 2014.
