ISLAMABAD – Pakistan government amends its policy for people travelling to India, PakistanTribe received news reports.
Government of Pakistan announced its strict policy for people who travel to India. Government required people to report to concern Police Station before and after coming to travel. This is because of security issues faced by Pakistan and India. Further to this Pakistani can not avail mobile services during their travel and their stay in India.
According to sources Pakistani can avail flights for New Dehli, Mumbai and Chennai only. The people aged than 65 years are spare from these conditions.
It is pertinent to mention that Pakistan is trying to tie its friendly relations with India. Last day’s statement of Tasneem Aslam – Spokes person of Foreign Office Islamabad Pakistan – said that “Pakistan believes that peace and stability in the region is important for development. However, there is no immediate break through expected in resumption of bilateral dialogue with India.”
She further said that Pakistan acted in good faith and Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif accepted invitation from India to attend oath taking ceremony of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Also it is important to remember that despite a request from Pakistani premier to hold a separate meeting, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi refused to meet one-on-one with Nawaz Sharif in SAARC summit.
