ISLAMABAD – A grave setback in Indo-Pak relations could be arise with a news that as many as 30 Pakistani prisoners lost psychological health due to brutal torture of police in Indian Jails, PakistanTribe learnt from media sources.
According to Pakistan Judicial Commission reports Pakistani poisoners in Indian jails were victimized by Indian hatred.
Pakistani Judicial Commission visited India in October 2013 to check the condition of jailed Pakistani in Indian jails. Commission submitted its reports to government that situation of prisoners was miserable and they bear brutal torture by Indian police.
Judicial Commission was consisted on 4 members. Justice (rtd.) Mian Ajmal leading the commission, Justice (rtd.) Abdul Qadeer Chaudhary, Zarghan Shehzad Officer in Pakistan Foreign Ministry and Deputy Director of Pakistan Foreign Ministry Iqbal Ahmad.
Pakistanis are jailed in three different jails of India. Commission visited to Central Jail Tihar, Amritsar Jail and Central Jail of Jaipur and prepared its report.
Sources say that more than 400 Pakistani nationals are jailed in India who are being tortured brutally by police. Government of Pakistan has started official steps to release those prisoners from India.
