PESHAWAR – Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan said corruption is the main reason of inflation and price hike in the country. He said that his party would continue NATO supply blockade till the end of drone attacks in Pakistan’s territory.
Imran Khan advised his party workers to not indulge in any illegal act while blocking the NATO supply.
This he said while addressing the participants of sit-in against NATO supply at Hayataabd Toll Plaza and while addressing a ceremony organsied by KPK Social Welfare Ministry on the World Disabled Day at Nishtar Hall Peshawar. Imran Khan said all those parties that previously agreed to join us in protests against missile strikes are not seen practically involved in blocking NATO supply lines. He said that US consider Pakistan as slave but the Pakistani masses are not ready to accept the slavery of the US. He said that the KPK government has taken responsibility of the widows, special children and orphans, adding that the government would not leave these people alone.
Imran Khan said his party would continue struggle for independent Pakistan.
He said that the PTI did not want war with US and also not want differences with the federal government, adding that the PTI is against drone strikes because the innocents are killed in drone strikes.
The PTI chief said that he would make Pakistan an Islamic welfare state like that was in Madina 1400 years.
“If any of the KPK minister was found involved in corruption, he would be made accountable as corruption is intolerable”, he added.

Imran Khan said that his party members would not let the NATO supply cross from the KPK.
“Corruption is the main reason of inflation and price hike in the country and the PTI will eradicate corruption”, he said.
“If any of the KPK minister was found involved in corruption, he would be made accountable as corruption is intolerable”, he added. He said that the delay has been occurred but the people of KPK would witness change every month. He said that the federal government appointed a corrupt person as chairman NAB.
On the other hand, the sit-in of Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf (PTI) and its allied parties continued on 11th day in Peshawar. The protesting workers have blocked NATO supplies in protest against US drone strikes.
Workers of PTI and JI stopped Afghanistan bound containers to scrutinise their papers causing large queues of the vehicles at the Ring Road of Peshawar, the capital city of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
However, Afghan transit trade is being allowed to proceed on their route to Afghanistan after thorough checking.
