KARACHI – The famous business tycoon of Pakistan and owner of Bahria Town Malik Riaz becomes the fan of Mutahidda Qaumi Movement (MQM)’s supremo Altaf Hussain to announce construction of two international universities after his name.
Speaking at a press conference on Thursday Malik Riaz announced to kick start projects of two international universities in Hyderabad and Karachi after the Altaf Hussain. He was speaking with the press in Governor House along with the Governor Sindh Dr Ishrat ul Ebaad Khan.
He said “We will initiate the project of two international universities in Karachi and Hyderabad. The names of both universities will be after the MQM’s leader Altaf Hussain. We will also give plots to the martyrs of MQM.”
The fee at both universities will be less than the other government universities, he added.
Earlier, he also announced the grant money of Rs 5 million for the Pakistan’s national hockey team. He stated “We will give Rs 10 million if hockey team wins the Champions Trophy.”
