KATHMANDU – The much awaited meeting between Indian and Pakistani premier catches the global attention as Narendra Modi complaints from Nawaz Sharif over not keeping up the promises.
According to the reports by international media, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi exchanges few sentences with Prime Minister of Pakistan Nawaz Sharif on Thursday at lunch.
Although it was not a formal meeting but Narendra Modi did not forget to lodge complaints from Pakistani counterpart. He expressed sorrow over Pakistan for not keeping up the progress on pre-set policy matters including that of trade relations.
Not to forget that earlier, Indian Foreign Ministry refuses any chances of the official meeting between Modi and Nawaz. However, Modi will be meeting all other South Asian leaders present at South Asian Regional Cooperation (SAARC)’s summit.
PakistanTribe also reported on Wednesday that famous defence analyst Lt General (rtd.) Talat Masood believed there were some original grievances of India. According to Talat Pakistan had unnecessarily delayed the matter of granting Most Favorite Nation (MFN) status to India.
