The submitted challan holds PAT leader, Khurram Nawaz Gandapur along with 50 others responsible for the event.
On this occasion, the police told the court that some 50 people are responsible for the event which included PAT official, Khurram Nawaz Gandapur, PAT workers and duty policemen.
