PESHAWAR – The Opposition Parties in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Assembly have decided to take Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI)’s provincial government to court of law for disregarding merit while distributing development fund.
Opposition parties have decided on Tuesday that they will take the PTI government to court and challenge the distribution of development fund based on ‘nepotism’.

However, the provincial minister Mushtaq Ghani told PakistanTribe that no violations were made during the process. “All funds were issued by following proper procedures and rules. The amount is not directly handed over to the lawmaker rather transfer through the relevant department for the certain development project,” he added.
