LAHORE – The Chief of Jamaat Ud Dawa Hafiz Saeed has appreciated Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif for readopting Pakistan’s ancient policy over independence of Kashmir.
Hafiz was addressing a press conference in Lahore on Monday when he admired the Pakistani premier on his renewed Kashmir policy.
Hafiz Saeed also rejected any possibility of Islamic State (IS)’s presence in Pakistan and said “This issue is being highlighted to undermine other important issues.” He added “Pakistani authorities must workout to stop Indian involvement in Pakistan.”
He also announced to hold a conference at Pakistan Minaret on 4 and 5 December. “We will invite all political and religious parties at this conference including Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).”
He stated that religious political parties are holding big rallies and conventions which indicates Islamic tilt of the country’s majority.
