Pakistani-Canadian rock duo The Spellz, which has been making positive news for its refreshing Sufi, Blues and Rock fused music all over the world, spent the last weekend in Los Angeles to record their highly awaited collaboration with Daniel Weber of international band The Disparrows. The song is all set to release, with its video, by the beginning of January 2015.
Revealing some more details about this collaboration, front man and lead vocalist Nas of The Spellz said “It is a very interesting collaboration. We have taken two popular songs from the East and the West; Sayyoni by Junoon and Turn The Page by Metallica. It was definitely a unique concept, but the outcome has turned out to be even better than our expectations. Daniel is equally excited about this track. It was an absolute pleasure recording with a musician like him. We have always tried to represent our culture on a global scale, and this song is yet another attempt in doing just that.”
This song will be the fifth official single by the talented duo making up The Spellz, who were also recently selected by the prestigious online platform GlobalRockstar.com as the Artist of The Month. The collaboration with Daniel Weber is the first of many collaborations The Spellz has planned out with several international musicians.
