Karachi – Notices issued to Chief Minister of Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah, Provincial Minister Information Sind Sharjeel Memon and speaker Sindh Agha Siraj Durani in Contempt of court case.

Petition fielded in Sindh High Court against Sharjeel Memon for his statement in which he said “If courts are unable to provide justice that judges of courts should resign from their posts”.

Petitioner said this statement was against the honor of respected courts and judges.

If they proven guilty they will be disqualified from their Sindh assembly.

Syed Qaim Ali Shah also faced contempt of court case in 2007.

Sindh High Court issued notices to Chief Minister of Sindh, Speaker Sindh assembly, Sharjeel Memon and Election Commision, court adjourned the jurisdiction till 16 December
