QUETTA – The former President of Pakistan and military strongman General (rtd.) Pervez Musharraf is on the verge of getting arrest for continuously avoiding court hearings of Nawab Akbar Bugti’s murder trial.
According to the latest updates the one anti-terrorist court in Quetta gave these strict remarks during the hearing on Monday.
The court, however, approved the exemption to appear in the court for today’s hearing.
The legal aids of Musharraf submitted a medical board’s report in the court stating that due to medical condition he (Musharraf) was unable to travel. The medical board’s report was being turned down by the court stating ‘If the accused would not be able to appear on next hearing the bail will be cancelled.’
Musharraf is currently present in Karachi where he is being medically looked after at Pakistan Navay’s facility at PNS Zafar.
