ISLAMABAD – Lt. General Rizwan Akhtar joins Pakistan Army in 1982 as deputed to Frontier Force (FF) regiment as sub lieutenant after completion of basic military training.
Lt. Gen. Rizwan Akhtar is graduate of Command and Staff College Quetta and War College United States.
