Green tea: Rich in anitoxidants and poly-phenols, green tea has powerful anitiviral and antibacterial properties. Besides, numerous claims have been made for the health benefits of green tea. Drinking green tea daily will help keep your immune system in check.

Dark greens leafy: Dark leafy greens such as kale, chard and collards are rich in vitamins A, C and K. These nutrient-packed vegetables are at their best during winter.
