So now, Chinese telecommunications giant Huawei has ended all Honor 4X rumors by finally launching the handset. As anticipated, this device is called as mid range one that got listed on Vmall, an e-commerce Chinese website.
So to start off, the Huawei Honor 4X features a 5.5-inch IPS HD (720×1280 pixels) display which is thin at 7.9mm.
Inside, running Android 4.4 KitKat, this device got paired with the company’s new EmotionUI 3.0 while the Snapdragon 410 chipset is supported by 2GB of RAM and an Adreno 306 GPU.
However, the dual-SIM Honor 4X is equipped with 64-bit 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 MSM8916 processor that is the same used in Huawei Honor 4 Play handset launched in September. The Honor 4X sports 8GB of inbuilt storage, which can be further, expanded via a microSD card up to 32GB.
On camera front, the Honor 4X carries a Sony-made 13-megapixel rear camera with f/2.0 aperture, and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. Backed by a 3000mAh battery, the Honor 4X is being promised to deliver 72 hours of battery life with regular usage.
Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS/ A-GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and USB 2.0.
Available in Red, Blue and Golden color variants, the handset is priced at 212$ (approximately 26,000 PKR) while so far, there is no information when the newly announced smartphone will be launched in the other regions besides China.
