KARACHI – Distinguished media personality in Pakistan, Muhammad Usama Ghazi has joined BOL media group, the group administration announced on Friday.
According to the official announcement from BOL media group, Mr. Ghazi joined the group as an executive vice president and senior anchorperson.
Other Pakistani media personalities Asima Sheerazi, Wasim Badani, Iftikhar Ahmed, Kamran Khan and Azhar Abbas had already joined the group.
During the course of his prolific career, Muhammad Usama Ghazi has acquired education and experience in a wide variety of fields all of which come together to make him the exemplary journalist that he is today.
After completing his undergraduate studies in 2000 with majors in English Literature and Economics, Muhammad Usama Ghazi went on to acquire an LLB degree from the University of the Punjab where he was the recipient of a three-year merit based scholarship. He then changed tracks by completing his Civil Superior Services (C.S.S) Exam in 2006. His long list of academic merits and achievements reflect his sheer devotion and commitment to executing every responsibility he takes on with exemplary dedication and noteworthy enthusiasm.
He began his broadcasting career with Business Plus in 2004 where he worked as an anchor and provided daily stock market updates as well as comprehensive coverage of the current economic situation around the globe. He joined Express News in May, 2007, and hosted the primetime news shows where he covered many national and international news stories, including the U.S elections. Muhammad Usama Ghazi brought extensive, in-depth coverage of the 2008 elections to his beloved audiences across the country.
