According to the detail, PTI president Javed Hashmi late on Tuesday reached his hometown of Multan and said he would address media representatives in relation to the Azadi (Independence) march on Wednesday evening.
Hashmi had told the media men that he was in the party and would remain a part of it.
“Whenever there is a difficult situation, I come to my constituency to sort it out with consensus,’’ said Hashmi on his arrival in Multan at a time when PTI is very close to launching its Azadi march in Islamabad.
No differences prevailed between him and other party members, said Hashmi while responding to a question.
The PTI leader also reportedly fears the imposition of martial law in the country and has said that “It (imposition of martial law) would have to be over my dead body.”
Meanwhile, PTI Information secretary Shireen Mazari and President Party’s Punjab chapter, Aijaz Chaudhry have dismissed rumours of differences emerging within party ranks.
