Shahbz Sharif reveals who is doing ‘injustice’ in Lahore debacle

LAHORE – Ready to give resignation if found guilty, the Chief Minister of Punjab Shahbaz Sharif maintained that Tahirul Qadri was doing injustice with his party workers by boycotting the judicial probe.

Shahbaz Sharif urged Minhajul Quran Trust to withdraw its boycott and let the justice prevail in the inquiry of deaths of innocent lives.

“I demand of the Minhaj-ul-Quran Trust to withdraw its boycott and let the justice prevail,” he said.

Shahbaz claimed that Punjab government had sworn to take to task the culprits of deadly Model Town violence. The death toll of a clash between riot police and supporters of Qadri has risen to near dozen.

Shahbaz Sharif, had, on Tuesday ordered a judicial inquiry into the tragedy which subsequently initiated it on Thursday.
