Rana Sanaullah accuses Tahirul Qadri of digging a ‘mass grave’ for masses

Rana Sanaullah

LAHORE – Provincial Law Minister of Punjab Rana Sanaullah has accused Tahirul Qadri of digging a mass grave for the masses by not accepting the constitutional supremacy.

Rana was speaking to media on Wednesday when he said that Tahirul Qadri’s statement ignited violence.

“The workers of Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) are innocent in the context that they have been used for fulfilling a agenda,” Rana said. “One narrative says that firing was initiated from both sides. Other narrative suggest that it was initiated by only one side. Let the judicial commission decide the fact,” he said further.

Rana also demands that Tahirul Qadri must accept the constitution and if he really wants the change then get the mandate from the people. “Imposition of someone’s agenda with the use of force would not be allowed. People and political parties will not allow the forceful imposition of any such agenda,” he said.

Replying to one question, Rana said that those who do not believe in judicial commission then its contempt of court. “Judiciary is free. Its not under any government’s control. So let it decide what went wrong.”

Commenting on the Gullu Butt, Rana Sanaullah said “Its totally wrong that a man named Gullu Butt is the member of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N)’s member. He is being arrested. The police officer who was present on the site where he damaged the car was also removed from the post.”
