ISLAMABAD – The lawmakers of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Inaf (PTI) and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) exchange pleasantries on the floor of National Assembly when Omar Ayub Khan talked about quality breed dogs of Imran Khan.
National Assembly’s floor witness an uproar on Wednesday when furious PTI lawmakers started raising slogans and chanted pleasantries with PML-N members over a controversial speech.
Omar Ayub Khan, the member of National Assembly from KPK, said “PTI always talks about the dogs of Prime Minister House. But I have heard that Imran Khan also owns quality breed dogs.”
Omar also said that Imran Khan had his eyes set on Opposition Leader’s seat. “Prime Minister’s seat is not in danger. Imran Khan only wants to become the Opposition Leader in National Assembly. Criticism from him has no strong grounds,” he added.
After the remarks of Omar Ayub Khan, the lawmakers of PTI started chanting slogans on the floor. PML-N members never stayed back and gave counter pleasantries.
It was one of the first ‘chaotic situation’ in the National Assembly by the PTI workers. Before that, Punjab Assembly has witnessed many such incidents agitation on the floor by PTI provincial lawmakers.
