Drone Attacks: Court orders to book CIA Station Chief of Pakistan

ISLAMABAD – The High Court has ordered capital police to register case against Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) for carrying out drone attacks in Pakistan and killing innocent civilians.

According to the court correspondent of PakistanTribe a plea was filed in Islamabad High Court (IHC) by a resident of Mir Ali area of Federally Administered Tribal Area (FATA) on Thursday.

Accepting the plea, Chief Justice of IHC Justice Shaukat Siddiqui ordered Secretariat Police Station to register case against CIA Station Chief of Pakistan.

Applicant had maintained that in December 2009, a drone attack had killed his brother and son.
