ISLAMABAD – The chief of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan has termed the speech of President Mamnoon Hussain an elaborated essay of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N)’s so-called achievements.
Khan, after attending the joint session of the Parliament on Monday, spoke t media representatives outside the parliament house.
He said “President’s speech has to be an evidence of federalism. But President Mamnoon Hussain was only representing PML-N today.”
Khan also said that President only read out the material handed over to him by his party. “It was not the speech of the President rather a party narrative,” he added. “PML-N has a dictatorial mindset. Our charter of demands would strengthen the democracy,” he said further.
Replying to a question Khan also made it clear that no media house should be shut down.
