PML-N sets budget 2014-15 with 303 development projects worth Rs1600mln

ISLAMABAD – Ishaq Dar’s lead Federal Ministry of Finance is all set to present its second budget on June 3 which would include the details of a least 303 development projects, sources told PakistanTribe.

The sources from inside the finance ministry said on Wednesday that government had prepared the draft of all proposed details.

Sources also said that an approximate amount of Rs 1,600 million has been allocated for 303 different developmental projects all over Pakistan.

Giving some more details of the budget, sources said that Rs 10 million has being allocated for the enhanced security measures of Parliament Lodges. Moreover, establishing Rescue 1122 center in Islamabad was also on pages.

Though the foreign exchange reserved of the country has increased after receiving loan fro IMF but federal finance minister seemed to be least concern about the poor classes. It was reported by PakistanTribe that Dar would not be giving a single penny increment for government employees in next fiscal year. However, he mentioned that government had already bestowed the tax relief of Rs 310.8 billion for elite business class of the country.
