Pakistan-A journey of survival

Pakistan-A journey of survival | PakistanTribe“Man can live about forty days without food, about three days without water, about eight minutes without air, but only for one second without hope”.

Pakistan, a nation came into being sixty five years ago, in the holy month of Ramadan, as the Islamic republic state. It has been through a number of trials and harsh periods, it has been thorough miseries and pain, and it has lain upon her chest a million of blood corpses, a billion of tears and trillions of sorrows. One may say, “Pakistan has no future, it will collapse soon, there are a number of crimes it’s accused of, it has no right to live any more.” Other may say, “Pakistan..? Do you think it is still a nation? Alas! It’s just a land of bribery, fraud, bloodsheds, starvation, rapes and lies… Pakistan is not alive; its body has been bifurcated into hundreds of pieces, Punjabi, Sindhi, Shiya, Sunni, black, white etc etc.” A millions of tongue are there to abuse it, a billion of hands are there to misuse it, and a trillion figures are there to accuse it. What is left? Nothing? No indeed, the writer truly says no matter what, but I can’t stop loving them:

“My mother drunk or sober, my country right or wrong”

Unlike a number of tongues who speaks ill about my land, I live the ”hope” that my land has a lot of blessings to overcome all the ailing caused by the traitors, I believe that once the dirt is washed out of my holy land, it will become all pure and peaceful once again. I believe my land is eternal, I believe my nation is superficial, I live remembering the words spoken by my Father; Quaid e Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah: “Pakistan has come to stay and no power on earth can destroy it. (February, 1948).”

What makes Pakistan live perpetually even though it has been full of miseries? The answer to this quest is, Pakistan is alive and will remain lively because of the prayers of countless mothers, because of the duties of incalculable soldiers, because of the struggles of innumerable sons, because of the love of uncountable daughters. Pakistan is alive because of Babar Iqbal’s and Arfa Karim’s success (youngest Microsoft certified).Arfa Karim (R.I.P) who has died in harshness, a twelve year old gem of Pakistan, who was the youngest Microsoft specialist, who has given Pakistan the fame and honour, who has blessed Pakistan with the honorary title of possessing youngest Microsoft boffin, Pakistan is living because of Abdul Qadeer Khan’s invention, The one who made Pakistan the atomic power, made Pakistan stand in the queue of the world 7 atomic powers, made Pakistan competent enough to face it’s enemies. How shall Pakistan be destroyed, it has come to stay, it will survive till the end. Aziza Saeed is the unbelievable talent of Pakistan who is blind girl who has become PHD doctorate, she has been blind by birth but is so passionate and hardworking that has secured PHD degree in Urdu from Punjab University and is currently a professor of Urdu at University of Punjab. Pakistan is alive because of Moin Khan’s (motorist) dedication, a young blood that has set a new astonishing record of traveling the whole world on his motor bike, helping the people through out his way, and spreading the good name of Pakistan among all the people he met. Pakistan is alive because of Zaman Khan, a bearded boy who has secured 14 gold medals in his examination, a world record that has flabbergasted the world that a religious person could be such an intellectual student, wiping away the concept that Islam and educations are two different aspects rather Islam has all the aspects in itself. Along with him Ibrahim Shahid and Ali Moeen Nawashish the high spirited students of Pakistan who maintained O levels and A levels world record by securing the highest numbers of A+ all over the world. Pakistan is alive because of Abdul Sattar Edhi’s sacrifices, an old man who has dedicated his life for the welfare of the state, his is the kind of man who could claim to God on the judgment day that I loved your people and now I have a complete right that YOU should love me. Pakistan is living because of the soldiers martyred in Siachen; protecting their mother land, and the lot many soldiers who martyred while defending their holy land. Pakistan is heading towards the journey of survival and will remain alive till the brave men will remain awakened at the borders to shield her; Pakistan is alive because Major Aziz Bhatti, Rashid Minhas, Syed Yasir Abbas and a million other have laid down their life for her protection. Pakistan is alive because of hospitals like Bilquiz Naz, SIUT, HOPE, providing absolutely free treatments to poor citizens, Pakistan is alive because of selfless people like Syed Fahad Ali (president Pakistan Youth Forum) who spend selflessly for the welfare of his country, because of him no left out parents feel their children have thrown them out or the orphans thinks they are without parents. Pakistan is alive because of the bravery of Lozina Shoaib (the daughter of Shaheed Major Shoaib), who despite being disabled, bare the grief of her father’s death and fulfilled all his dreams.

The shortest and surest way to live with honor in the world is to be in reality what we would appear to be; all human virtues increase and strengthen themselves by the practice and experience of them.” Anonymous

Pakistan has a massive power, a gigantic spirit and an endless hope, how a country could die out if it has given birth to the most talented, bravest, hardworking people, we all are the survival and revival of Pakistan. What we Pakistan do is to blame our country, our state, our nation and hence we think we are too near to destruction.

“I beg young people to TRAVEL. If you don’t have a passport, get one. Take a summer, get a backpack and go to Delhi, go to Saigon, go to Bangkok, go to Kenya. Have your mind blown. Eat interesting food. Dig some interesting people. Have an adventure. Be careful. Come back and you’re going to see your country differently, you’re going to see your president differently, no matter who it is Music, culture, food, and water. Your showers will become shorter. You’re going to get a sense of what Globalization looks like. It’s not what Tom Friedman writes about; I’m sorry. You’re going to see that Global Climate Change is very real. And for some people, their day consists of walking 12 miles for four buckets of water. And so there are lessons that you can’t get out of a book that are waiting for you at the other end of that flight. A lot of people— Americans and Europeans—come back and go, Ohhhhh. And the light bulb goes on.” Henry Rollins.

I have “hope” that Pakistan would flourish in the world, we have incomparable talent and selfless manpower, and we are not lesser than anyone in the world. The journey of survival of my nation is going smoothly and calmly, despite all the miseries we are going through, I could see a spark of life within us, I have deep faith in my nation, I could feel that we are here to remain Alive as a nation till the judgment day.

Thunder or storm, blizzard or slaughtering bombs

No matter how fast you come to wipe us all,

We are united to grant you tromp.
