‘Frozen’ Become Fifth-Highest Grossing Film of all time


NEW YORK – It first hits cinemas across the globe in November last year, but Disney’s hugely successful movie Frozen is showing no signs of melting.

The animated tale of a fearless princess and her estranged sister has now become the fifth-highest grossing movie of all time, taking in an astonishing $1.219 billion worldwide.

It has now beaten the likes of Iron Man 3, Transformers: Dark Of The Moon and The Lord Of The Rings: The Return Of The King on the worldwide box office chart.

The four films ahead of Frozen on the worldwide box office chart are Avatar, Titanic, Marvel’s The Avengers and Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows Part 2.
