Earlier a Californian court found Apple of infringing one of Samsung’s patent while Samsung was declared of violating Apple’s three patents in making of their smartphones.
And now Apple has filed another paper three days back relating to that case.
Apple claims that Samsung has stone its ‘slide to unlock’, ‘quick links’ and ‘automatic word correction’ feature and these patents should be banned for sell. These devices include Galaxy Nexus, Galaxy Note, Galaxy Note 2, Admire, Galaxy S 2, Galaxy S2 Epic 4G Touch, Galaxy S 2 Skyrocket, Stratosphere phones and Galaxy S 3.
Earlier, new devices from Samsung were not part of the trial, but Apple lawyers have been making it part of the next trial.
Probably afraid of Samsung invading of global smartphone market, Cupertino based firm attorneys say their client will ‘suffer irreparable harm’ if the Korean giant is allowed to sell products using infringed patents.
