Mansehra gang rape accused to face physical torture from police

Punjab Police

MANSEHRA – The gang rapers of Mansehra were sent on physical remand of ten days through a court order during which police would likely to use its conventional torture on the three men in order to make them speak about motives of the heinous crime.

Correspondent of PakistanTribe reported on Monday that an Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in Abbottabad ordered to send three suspects of gang-raping a college student on a 10-day physical remand.

On May 13, a college student was brutally gang raped in the moving car when her classmate duped her.

According to the details, one chief teacher of a religious seminary was also involved in the incident that took place in district Mansehra of Khyber Pakhtunkhuwa (KPK).

After the rape the criminals left college student stranded in the middle of a road near Ghazikot Township. The police had later arrested the two alleged rapists along with the driver and the victim’s friend.

According to police, the men were involved in several other cases of molestation and abuse of college girls. They would make videos of the abuse to blackmail the girls later.

Names and addresses of all those involved in the incident were kept anonymous in order to protect the honor and identity of victim and her family. PakistanTribe wants other media outlets to do the same.
