KARACHI – Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) leaders on Monday visited the camp of Baluchistan’s missing persons setup outside the Karachi Press Club (KPC).
JI Naib Ameer (vice president) Sindh Asadullah Bhutto and JI Karachi Naib Ameer (vice president) Nasrullah Khan Shajih visited the camp.
Speaking on the occasion, JI leaders expressed full solidarity with them and met with the chairman of missing persons convoy Mama Qadeer.
The convoys also included women and children, demanding of the government to recover their love ones.
On the occasion, Nasrullah Shajih endorsed the demands made by the families of Balochistan missing persons and said that the ‘Balochis’ are our brothers and the citizens of Pakistan.
He strongly condemned the illegal act of agencies and said that extrajudicial killings of innocent people of Balochistan could not be accepted.
He further urged the Prime Minister and heads of agencies to resolve the matter of Balochistan through dialogue. The Nazima (President) JI Women Wing, Rana Fazal was also present on the occasion.
