The Simplest Secret to Reduce Body and Belly Fat

NEW YORK – Everyone wants to be slim and to tone his body and doesn’t like obesity, and the key is just take three time full meal  in a day, revealed in a new study.

The Dutch study, claims that snacking is worst for your health than three big meals a day.

Researcher from Academic Medical Centre Amsterdam, in The Netherlands found, a high-calorie diet with frequent meals increases cholesterol stores in the liver and fat around the waist, but increasing meal size did not.

Study leader Dr Mireille Serlie said: ‘Our study provides the first evidence that eating more often, rather than consuming large meals, contributes to fatty liver independent of body weight gain.

‘These findings suggest that by cutting down on snacking and encouraging three balanced meals each day over the long term may reduce the obesity.’
