ISLAMABAD – The chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan says that if this type of democracy allowed to be flourish in country then military takeover would get eminent.

Imran Khan was speaking to media on Tuesday after concluding the PTI’s core committee’s meeting in Islamabad.

Khan maintained, while pointing out at the alleged election rigging, that this kind of democracy itself invite military to take over the political arena.

“I have joined politics for the welfare of masses. May 11 protest would be against the election rigging and theft of people’s mandate,” he said.

Moreover, in the core committee’s meeting, PTI decided to ‘wage war’ against inflation, corruption, loadshedding and electoral rigging.
