Tyler Kost, 18, was nabbed for a second time on Friday and charged with 25 new charges of sexual assault.
This time, he was denied bail.
“This is a serious and serial sex offender and rapist,” Pinal County Sheriff Paul Babeu said at news conference Friday, ABC15 reported.
“We are approaching 20 victims. There will likely be others,” said Babeu.
The San Tan Valley student was arrested on Monday on charges of abusing 13 girls.
He had been released on bail.
The alleged attacks have been going on for the past three years and were committed in Kost’s bedroom, his alleged victims’ bedrooms or out in the desert, according to authorities.
Afterward, according to Sheriff Babeu, the Poston Butte High School senior would threaten to kill them, encouraged them to kill themselves or threaten to blackmail them.

“”Tyler is smart, manipulative and a smooth talker. He is also obsessive and controlling. Tyler believes everyone else is wrong. That is how he is able to victimize so many people,” a charging document reads, according to KSAZ-TV.
According to the reports he now faces a total of 29 charges:
Seven counts of sexual conduct with a minor, three counts of sexual abuse, seven counts of sexual assault, seven counts of sexual conduct with a minor and one count of sexual abuse, in addition to two counts of sexual assault and two counts of sexual misconduct with a minor he received during his first arrest.
