Government gives major relief for gas consumers by reducing Rs15 per kg

ISLAMABAD – The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz(PML-N) led federal government has given major relief to common consumers of Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG) by reducing rupees 15 on per kilo gram.

According to the official statement by the ministry of petroleum new price would be in effect from May 1, 2014.

The decision came on Wednesday after analyzing the new international pricing by the concern authorities.

Details revealed that by the announced price now domestic cylinder of LPG would come Rs 177 cheap than before. Similarly, the cost of commercial cylinder would be reduced by Rs 681.

Government has also revived the price list of petroleum projects. The petrol was reduced by Rs 0.67 per liter. However, the diesel was reduced by Rs 4 on per liter.
