According to the details babe-faced Lucas will receive 13-years prison term at his June 9 sentencing after admitting to the sexual assault as Kia Graves’ 7-year-old child slept peacefully.
Lucas, 17, pleaded in Manhattan Supreme Court to rape, burglary as a sexually motivated felony, a second burglary count and endangering the welfare of a child.
In addition to the jail time, he faces 20 years of post-release supervision under the plea bargain deal.
“Cesar Lucas turned a family’s home – what should be a place of comfort and safety – into a terrible crime scene,” said District Attorney Cyrus Vance, Jr.
The stunning rape occurred shortly after midnight on Sept. 29, 2012, when the deliveryman for Sal’s Pizza in Hell’s Kitchen brought a pizza to a customer on the 10th floor.
Lucas dropped off the pie and then began creeping down the hallway of the luxury building. Thirty minutes later, he slipped into Graves’ apartment and then into the sleeping woman’s bed.
Graves, 37, told the Daily News earlier this year that her attacker put his hand over her mouth to muffle her cries for help during the attack.
Lucas apologized to his victim before bolting and he was arrested at the pizzeria shortly after the attack. Once in custody, Lucas allegedly told cops that he targeted Graves because he was “feeling horny.”
Graves — a former actress and modeling agent — told The News she was too emotionally fragile to work after the late-night assault.
She suffered nightmares and insomnia, and cut herself off socially from friends and family.
The actress had previously appeared on Broadway and earned a role in the 1991 Harrison Ford film “Regarding Henry.”
Her daughter slept through the rape, cops said. The bedroom where the attack occurred was filled with dozens of dolls belonging to the child.
