New York – Now forget smart watches and Google Glass, now your clothes are going to become walking Wi-Fi hotspot.
Yes, a unique jump suit has been developed, which used a circular knitting machine and 3D printer in which copper wire is woven inside layers of cotton.
The Wire is connected to Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS chips built into the fabric, while the batteries and processors is hidden inside built-in pockets.
However, the problem is that the clothes cannot be washed because the chips are not waterproof.
This stylish jump suit or onesie is produced by Dutch fashion designer Borre Akkersdij , who successfully demonstrated them at this year’s SXSW festival in Texas.
During SXSW, Akkersdijk asked musicians to upload tracks to a website that used the suit, and the model’s location, as a ‘walking URL.’
This includes making the garment less bulky and more comfortable in hot weather.
