Facebook tested it for the first time in Sep 2013, following an experiment in 2013. But the tests have been materializing in upcoming F8 Developers Conference on April 30, Re/Code revealed in a reported.
According to the report, the social network will pitch the mobile ad network to advertisers, giving it another extra billions of dollars.
“The network will also be benefiting when users are not on it,” it was further revealed.
The direct competitors of Facebook in this field are Google’s giant AdMob, MoPub by Twitter, Millennial and others.
It will be interesting to see which will be dominating in the field, and whether Facebook will share the amount with content developers this time or not.
