The leader of MQM Haider Abbas Rizvi announced on Tuesday that as many as 21 workers were being forcefully taken into custody by suspicious men.

Stating that, he appealed lawyers forums and civil society to participate in the protest on Thursday along with MQM workers.

Earlier today, MQM members of Sindh Assembly vehemently protested in the house over what they called ‘extra-judicial killings’ of the party workers in Karachi.

When the session began with Deputy Speaker Shehla Raza in chair, the opposition party lawmakers debated the matter of workers’ killings in Karachi.

The protest created chaos in the house which compelled the acting speaker to adjourn the session.
