Imran Khan says there is quasi-monarchy in Pakistan, not democracy

WEB DESK – The chief of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan has said that there is no democracy in Pakistan but quasi-monarchy as parliamentary seats are transferred down in family.

Khan was tweeting from his official twitter account on Saturday when he maintained that “Democracy remains quasi-monarchical in nature in Pak(istan).”

He also criticized the Prime Minister of Pakistan, Nawaz Sharif for only taking Chief Minister of Punjab Mian Shahbaz Sharif along with him on foreign visits. He said:
