MQM does not want to divide Sindh, says Rehman Malik


WEB DESK – The leader of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) and right hand of former President Asif Ali Zardari for negotiation with political allies, Rehman Malik has stated that Mutahidda Qaumi Movement (MQM) does not want to divide the Sindh.

Rehman Malik was speaking to the media personnel at Karachi airport when he said that though previously MQM issued some statements but now the political party possessed no such plans.

“MQM is a reality in Sindh. I appreciate that yesterday they issued a statement which contradicts the previously issued stance of dividing the Sindh into two. We all are Sindhis and must work together,” former federal interior minister maintained.

Rehman Malik also condemned the outlawed Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) for their act of terrorism in Pakistan.
