LAHORE – One after another, Pakistan only mega star Shahid Afridi has been on target of former cricketers over his words about captaincy.
Former batsman and now commentator, Ramiz Raja said that it would be good to put burden of captaincy on Afridi.
“Unless, you don’t get good domestic batsmen, players like Shoaib Malik and Kamran Akmal will keep coming again and again,” he further said over Pakistan poor performance in recent T20 world cup.
“The performance was very poor as batsmen were not only nervous but also made some technical faults.”
He saw match against West Indies, which pulled Pakistan out of the tournament, as ‘nerve match.’
“Match has turned into a test for nerv and only those teams get success who have strong nerves.”
